Our organization is dedicated to giving hope, training and empowerment to impoverished or vulnerable children in Kenya through providing for basic needs, education, school supplies and uniforms, entrepreneurial training and scholarships. BOHEI mobilizes, trains and provides the basic human necessities to communities, for sustainable development and self-sufficiency in Kenya.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We provide opportunity for children to reach their full potential, attend and stay in school, have nutritious meals, access to clean water, healthcare and other basic needs.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We empower children. mainly girls to stay in school by providing sanitary napkins, uniforms, school supplies, school fees and other necessities.
The primary focus of Bridges of Hope and Empowerment International focus is partnering with the community, individuals, churches, schools and organizations to provide education and economic empowerment to the impoverished in Kenya.

The need of formal education in Kenya among the people of Kenya is very high, however due to poverty and vulnerability levels in many Kenyan families to them good education remains a dream. We empower women by providing sanitary napkins and other resources.

Unlike other feeding programs in Kenya Bridges of Hope and Empowerment International intends to introduce a whole new dimension and intention in this program. The program will be used to set a platform of reaching the i reaches people in the community. The parameters of this program will concentrate on spiritual, psychological, cultural and sustainable economical well being of the communities in Kenya. This program will be used to create a network a network in the community that fosters growth and eases the burdens of one another in the community.

Bridges of Hope and Empowerment International (B.O.H.E.I.) is committed to working with the communities as a support system to students through developing educational programs. Examples include leadership classes, community health programs and mentorship which create self sustainable living (employment ) and reduce the cycle of poverty in the communities.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We seek to create self-sustainable living(employment) and reduce the cycle of poverty in communities. We are committed to work with individuals, churches and communities as a support system to students through obtaining dontions, gifts in kind, grants and volunteers who will serve as interns and mentors. We will offer life-skill and vocational training in areas such as sewing (clothes, bags for grocery shopping since plastic is banned in Kenya) hair and nail care, computer classes, planting gardens for food need's and community heath-programs adding HIV/AIDS awareness, treatment and prevention.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Much progress has been made since our incorporation as A non-profit in October 2016. We provided sanitary napkins, shirts, school supplies,food to schools and churches in Nairobi, Kenya. We offered computer training and life skill- classes. We also help communities largely in slums clean up the are and promote healthy homes, positive self-esteem and hope for creating a better lifestyle.
In the 2 years since the inception of Bridges of Hope and Empowerment International, Inc., our success indicators include the following : An ongoing Center which provides Beauty classes and basic and advanced computer classes, where we have graduated over 50 students in the first class of which 20 have already received jobs. 1,243 children, youth and adults have been assisted with medical aide and training, food, uniforms, shoes and sanitary pads. 200 bed nets have been distributed to families with children, orphanages and schools, and thousand of lives have been saved through our feeding programs and training on planting gardens and raising chickens.
