The industry suffers from a high turnover and lack of trained, employees. Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management will recruit, train and place qualified veterans into automotive in areas of need. Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, Operations are all part of the opportunities the industry provides. Much like the military, the automotive industry allows for growth based on performance.

Designed for those just entering a career in automotive. This will offer them the basic principles of how a dealership operates and the steps leading up to the sale.

The Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management is looking to provide the automotive industry with trained, disciplined employees through this veteran initiative. The institute is looking to provide veterans certification in automotive areas of need and the ability to move up the ranks in this highly lucrative career path.

The automotive industry is in need of qualified, trained personnel. The turnover in the industry comes from a lack of training and due to the condition of turnover, many dealers do not want to invest in training.

Through the Richie Bello Institute of Leadership and Management, dealers will get recruited, trained and placed personnel in departments of need.

Richie Bello is a well recognized influencer in the automotive industry with over thirty five years of leadership. His reputation with dealers across the country and his overwhelming following has prompted interest from dealer groups in areas of sales, fixed ops, finance and insurance and other departments.

Richie Bello's software solutions have the ability to reach custom audiences at proven efficiencies and the data available of veterans 25-49 are in hand for low cost outreach.

Richie Bello's online training and workshop program will allow for veterans to be certified and have on-going support.

Veterans will be certified at no cost to the veteran

Dealers will pay one low fee for a recruited, trained and placed employee. Fees to dealer will remain lower than usual and customary with a one time replacement of a placed vet that does not work out in the first 90 days.

Richie Bello is the foundation of the organization. Through his influence in the automotive industry and his digital knowledge, the program will have a strong strategist at its helm.

Bello assembled a board and team to support this initiative.

The Executive Director has decades of marketing, branding and media negotiations, along with years of support to recognized not for profits.
The Director of Veteran Affairs is a nine year Marine Veteran who will work with associations and veterans
The Director of Training has decades of recognition in supporting sales initiatives. All trainers will be required to update online content as it progresses.
The Director of Dealer Relations has strong relations with dealers throughout the southeast, which will serve as a foundation for our placement program.
