Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is aiming to accomplish a reduction in unnecessary euthanasia's performed on dogs because of simply lack of rescue space.

Additionally the Sanctuary will provide a permanent home for horses that are potentially heading to slaughter because they cannot find a permanent home.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is working closely with members of the animal community to provide a resource for them to ensure their individual euthanasia rates can decrease.

Additionally, the Sanctuary is working with numerous volunteers to complete the development of the location.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is capable of meeting these goals with their numerous donors, volunteers and industry leaders that are providing the necessary support to complete the Sanctuary.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary can measure the progress of its actions by monitoring area rescues euthanasia reductions. Additionally, progress can be recorded by the accomplishments of the developments completion.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary has entered into an agreement to purchase 300 acres for the development of the Sanctuary.

Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary is in the process of raising the necessary funds from the donors to complete the land acquisition.
