Mission

The purpose of the Cape Coral Computer Club (CCCC) shall be to provide nonprofit, charitable, educational, and scientific programs related to the use of computers and electronic devices to its members and to assist local groups within Cape Coral area with all reasonable requests in matters relating to the use of computers and electronic devices that fulfills the CCCC purpose.

b. Improve the communication process with first-time visitors (prospective members)
c. Improve visitors conversion to members
d. Reduce the time it takes to enter data into our membership management SharePoint system
e. Improve accuracy of Visitor and Member information.

b. Solicit support from local tech schools and colleges
c. Pay a professional to develop and implement the database
d. Contact local companies /municipalities/ organizations to acquire four (4) computers to be installed at the registration desks
e. Use written and verbal communication to board and members on a monthly basis encouraging continued support

a. The President can reach out to members at meetings and through bulletins
b. The President can contact local tech schools and colleges
c. The Board of Directors can encourage members to support the project
d. The Board of Directors can make the decision to expend funds needed to hire a professional, only if the funds are available
e. The President can appoint a committee to reach out to organizations to acquire computers

a. One local college has been contacted seeking a student knowledgeable in Access to work with the Club.
i. No response yet.
b. Acquisition committee has not yet been formed
c. Efforts stalled at this time (3/27/20) do to COVID-19 shutdown.
d. Members are attempting to do design work based on their individual expertise
