Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our project for 2023 is to complete the upper levels of the last classroom building.

Construction work must be fit around the school schedule, which requires that most major work be done during the scattered one-month school breaks. Approximately 70% of funding for the remaining construction is in hand.

The remaining construction work is rather small in comparison to the already constructed campus. Likewise, the remaining funding required is a fairly minor fraction of the amount we have been raising on an annual basis.

Data
  • We disaggregate data by demographics, including race, in every policy and program measured.
  • We have long-term strategic plans and measurable goals for creating a culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
Policies and processes
  • We help senior leadership understand how to be inclusive leaders with learning approaches that emphasize reflection, iteration, and adaptability.
