Mission

Whether it's a temporary job interruption, an auto accident, a medical emergency or something similar, we provide rental assistance directly to the property for qualified tenants and help prevent eviction or homelessness. We provide rental assistance grants and serve a the bridge to help people stay in their apartments. We also provide financial education to give people the necessary basic financial skills and help them better manage their finances going forward.
