Community Helpline's goal is to provide support to those in crisis and in need. Community Helpline is aimed at providing this non-judgmental listening ear to people who may feel unheard or are struggling with a crisis in their life. Community Helpline also works to provide those coping with mental health issues or concerns with support and services to mitigate and prevent serious crises.

Community Helpline offers a crisis and referral hotline for anyone of any age to call and speak to one of our training crisis listeners. Community Helpline also engages in community outreach and education to educate the community about the value of listening.

Community Helpline currently offers a hotline opened 7 days a week from 8am to 8pm.

Community Helpline continues to answer calls and has recently began taking calls nation wide. Community Helpline hopes to continue to do this, along with developing programs to follow up with callers, specifically the elderly, who need additional check-in or support via phone calls throughout their week. Community Helpline has plans on engaging in high schools to help educate peer mentors listen and support their peers.
