Ambulances for Impoverished Region

Ambulances are more than Just Taxis

Ambulances, whether on the ground or in the air, are a part of every day life most of the US and Europe; however, for many regions and communities, the reality of basic life saving emergency services, is a luxury which they may never live to see.

In 2016, in the village of Negovanovtsi in Europe, mechanic Peter Smith (a British Citizen in his 50’s) had a minor heart attack. Approximately 30 minutes later, an 'Ambulance' arrived at his home. Approximately 4 hours later, he arrived at a hospital that had basic Cardiology facilities. Peter Died in that very same hospital. If that Ambulance had been fully equipped and had better trained Staff, Peter would likely enjoying another several decades of life.
• Around half of all heart attack deaths occur within one hour of the heart attack when the patient can't get to a hospital
• For every minute that a victim of cardiac arrest waits to receive defibrillation, their odds of survival decrease by about 10 percent.

Bella Vista is currently working to provide 12 fully equipped Ambulances, 20 Fast Response Vehicles, for the Province of Vidin in the European Union. Additionally, we are working to acquire 2 fully equipped, Life Saving, Emergency Response Helicopters which will provide emergency Life Saving Coverage for the Provinces of Vidin, Montana and Vratsa, as well as the South-western Region of Romania and the South-eastern Region of Serbia in Europe.

Simply supplying equipment is not nearly enough; we will also be training Emergency Response Technicians to staff these vehicles as well as setting aside enough funds to cover expenses for the first year of operation.

Project Size: 12 Ambulances, 20 Fast Response Vehicles, 2 Air Ambulances, Full Equipment for all vehicles, staff training and 1-year budget

How do you get to the Doctor?

A new Hospital and updated Medical care are GREAT! BUT, what happens to all the people that don't have transportation, or any means of getting to the Medical facility???

The NorthWestern Region of Bulgaria, which is part the European Union, is the poorest region of the EU. The Average monthly Salary is approximately 300€ per MONTH. With the Highest unemployment rate in Europe, jobs are few and far between. This is primarily because manufactures do not want to place factories or jobs in a region where people cannot get to work and there is no adequate medical care to ensure a healthy workforce.

Bella Vista has unanimously voted to improve the lives and health of the people of this Region, by acquiring and implementing a public transportation system that will allow people (both able bodied and handicapped) to get to the medical care they need, while enabling workers to get to jobs.

Jobs = money
Money = Better Food & hygiene
Better Food & hygiene = Better Health
Better Health = Less time in Hospital, and Longer, Better Life

And don’t we all deserver a Longer and Better Quality of Life?

Why suffer when you can have surgery now?

Bella Vista has endeavoured to acquire, renovate and implement several new surgical centres in California. This facility would serve our mission in 3 folds.

• We would allow doctors from developing regions to observe and learn new techniques for improving and saving lives.
• Complimentary or significantly reduced cost for Surgeries, primarily those of deformity or disfigurement which effect ones ability to lead a normal and healthy life.
• Providing a facility for local doctors to perform their cases in a much more flexible and better equip facility. This will allow the patient to enjoy their life sooner, rather than suffering due to overcrowding, all while receiving better results and faster healing due to new technologies.

Our latest and biggest project yet!

Bella Vista is on a mission to build a NEW Primary and Tertiary care Teaching Hospital in the Province of Vidin, Bulgaria. Despite it's 100,000 residents, and the EU's declaration that this is a key corridor. Each year, tens of thousands of people go without the basic and necessary care and treatment they need. Many of these people die from causes that have not claimed lives in the US, UK or other 1st world countries for decades.

This Tertiary Care Facility will not only serve the Province of Vidin with its basic and tertiary needs, but also the Provinces of Montana, Vratsa in Bulgaria, as well as the South-western Region of Romania, and the South-eastern Regions of Serbia.

Our vision for Bella Vista Regional Medical Center does not stop with local and tertiary Medical Care, but we believe that we must also help to improve the skills and knowledge of the medical professionals. We are extending your investment into the future, by teaching and certifying new and existing doctors, nurses and emergency responders from all over the world.

Given its economic state, Bulgaria offers a unique opportunity to allow us to give high quality education at community college prices. We envision students and doctors from all over Europe, Russia, US, and the rest of the world (with the help of our Visa and Immigration specialists) to be able to study in this unique environment. This facility will forward research and development to allow this once forgotten region, to become a region that breathes new and healthier life into the world by generating new generations of highly skilled medical professionals with real-world training.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our Goal as an organisation is to implement programs and create facilities that can accommodate the basic need and right to adequate medical care and or education. Although many of go to bed at night or work in the morning without a single thought or worry of what you will do if a medical emergency were to strike; for many people in this world, this is not the case. Both Domestically and Internationally, we have discovered through our travels and from our personal experiences, that many regions don't have access to these fundamentally basic needs.

The most difficult decision in any roadmap is where to start, so we decided to start with the regions that we know best.

Bella Vista is currently implementing a strategic plan for both our local communities here in California, and also for the poorest region in Europe. In California, we are working to acquire, renovate and update several outpatient surgical centres. These Centres will serve as a friendly, safe and technologically advanced place for patients to receive surgeries much more quickly than awaiting an available slot in the local hospital. This comes with the added benefit of a greatly reduced cost base for the Patients, Doctors, and even their Insurance companies. Faster Access, Quicker healing (due to advanced technologies) at a fraction of the cost.

In Addition, these medical facilities will offer Pro-Bono services to patients who have suffered traumatic damage or deformities that degrades their ability to life a productive life.

For Vidin, the poorest region in Europe, our strategy is much different. Despite being an extremely important corridor for the EU (according to the European Union), this region is not only lacking in an adequate medical facility, but doesn't even have properly provisioned Ambulances or even a basic handicap accessible Public Transportation system.

As such, Bella Vista has developed a 3 pronged approach to helping the nearly 100,000 people in the region.

1) New fully equipped Rapid Response Vehicles, Ambulances and Medevac Helicopters. For less than the cost of an average American hospital's annual budget, we will acquire, outfit, and properly train attendants to server this region. This project alone has the potential to save thousands of lives each year.
2) Building a NEW Hospital. Bella Vista International intends to build a tertiary care teaching Hospital. This hospital will no only serve the Province of Vidin, but also the Provinces of Montana and Vratsa, as well as the South-western regions of Romania, and the South-eastern regions of Serbia.
3) New Handicap accessible buses are the final prong in our approach. What good is a hospital, if no one can get to it? Being the poorest region in Europe, most of the residents live on an average income of about $300 per MONTH. This does not leave much room to buy a car, or to keep gas in it. Public transportation is the lifeblood of most communities around the world. We only wish to bring this basic tool to an area which is desperate to get on its feet and become a productive member of the world.

Through this strategy, we envision making our first real stance against the suffering and untimely death in this world.

With an extensive background in Medical, Business, and International relations; as well as, our teams access to good-hearted, well educated, and experienced members of the medical community, Bella Vista is in a prime position to bring our projects to life. We know the road will be long, and we anticipate several years of work to raise the more than ¾ of a billion dollars needed to complete these projects, but there is no team with more heart, knowledge and access to be able to change the world as profoundly for the residents of the regions we have dedicated to serve.

Despite receiving formal approval of our 501c3 status from the US Government less than a year ago, Bella Vista has assisted in various medical cases, both domestically and abroad, as well as made initiatives to start the development of the public transportation system and new hospital construction projects in Vidin.
