What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Financial Assistance for CHD families

Families who reside in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, or Arkansas who have a child with a critical congenital heart defect/disease can apply for a financial assistance through our website. Our board will contact the family and treating hospital to create a plan and if approved will aid the family in assistance such as rent, mortgage, utilities, travel, food, etc.

Many of you have heard that the American Heart Association has ended its long-standing program called Little Hats, Big Hearts, due to the possibility of SIDS.

Remi wore one of the little red hats that someone knitted out of love and generosity.

When we heard their program had ended, we wanted to give those compassionate yarn crafters a new program to be involved in.

Welcome to Little Hearts, Big Hats!
We invite you and your giving hands to join a new program aimed at keeping Heart Moms warm by knitting or crocheting adult hats.
