We provide primary care services to individuals who are uninsured, underinsured and insured to ensure they are healthy, healed and whole. Health equity and quality of care is our main focus. We want everyone who enters through our doors to know they are heard and that they are receiving the best care.

We use social determinants of health to ensure we assist consumers with eliminating barriers in order for them to increase their quality of life.
