Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The 10X Hub
The 10X Hub Program was created by The Grant Cardone Foundation to provide Financial Literacy, Education, Entrepreneurial Development, and Mentorship Programs to level the playing field and fight poverty in South Africa. The 10X Hub also serves as a mentorship hub for adolescents without fathers.
South Africa has the highest population in the world of children growing up without a father – and that absence of a father figure has proven to have a direct effect on economic welfare, production, the erosion of human capital, social exclusion, crime, and social instability.
34% of the population is unemployed
67% of the population under the age of 35 is unemployed
55% live below the poverty line
40% never finish grade 12
62% of children are fatherless
16% of youth belong to a gang
With these statistics in mind, the Grant Cardone Foundation has partnered with Labit to launch the 10X HUB South Africa!
10X Kids
The 10X Kids Program, designed for kids ages 12-17, is both an individual children's book and an e-learning platform. There are five modules in this program: 10X Your Goals, 10X Your Money, 10X Your Action, 10X Your Resources, and 10X Your Influence. Each of these modules has been designed to provide financial literacy, entrepreneurial guidance, goal setting tactics, public speaking skills, and investing advice to kids in impoverished communties who would otherwise not be exposed to these crucial life skills. The 10X Kids Book is geared more toward individual learning and is limited in its ability to reach a larger audience. 10X Kids University, the accompanying e-learning program, has been designed specifically for classroom/group learning in a wide variety of both school and nonprofit organization settings. This program is incredibly flexible, and and can be both built on as stand alone curriculum, or integrated into any established program or course.
10X Mentor Workshops
The Grant Cardone Foundation partners with local nonprofits in the South Florida area to bring at-risk youth to the 10X HQ!
Students get an inside look at each department of Cardone Enterprises, and an exclusive presentation from either Grant or his executive team on topics such as goal-setting, money management, and entrepreneurship.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are looking to end the cycle of poverty for kids across the country. Our mission specifically focuses on providing support to children without fathers, as Grant lost his Dad when he was just 10 years old. Growing up in poverty and with a mindset of scarcity eventually pushed Grant to develop a drug abuse problem. It was not until Grant was in his late 20's that he finally received mentorship and guidance, which helped him to turn his life around and become the successful man he is today. Statistically, children without fathers are at an increased risk for behavioral problems, drug and alcohol abuse, and criminal activity. These children are twice as likely to drop out before completing high school, four times likely to remain below the poverty line, and 63% more likely to commit suicide. Many public schools do not provide children living in poverty with a skillset geared towards entrepreneurship, and oftentimes these children will grow up to continue the cycle of poverty that they were raised in.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our 10X Kids Program, though in no way replaces a father figure, seeks to provide these children a way out of poverty. Many children and adolescents often grow up fostering entrepreneurial ideas, even if it is just a lemonade stand or a car washing business. However, these ideas are pushed out of the child's mind once they believe they do not possess the skills to achieve their dreams. The 10X Kids Program will show these kids that having the right mindset and skillset is all it takes to achieve your goals and more. It is our objective to provide a foundation of financial literacy to at-risk youth both in our South Florida community and around the world. We want to distribute access to the 10X Kids University program to as many organizations as possible. Our objective is to impact the lives of those in impoverished communities and permanently end the circular trend of poverty. Our program helps adolescents in marginalized communities break out of the mindset of scarcity and apply structured skills to achieve their goals.
