Oh Shift!

Oh, Shift! Teen workshop led by empowerment coach, Keith Senzer. Based on the book by Jen Powers, this interactive 6-week workshop helps teens become more confident, build self-awareness and learn how to take control of their actions/reactions.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a nationwide
program designed to teach adults how to
identify and assist youth who may be
experiencing a mental health crisis.

In addition to an incredibly useful skill set,
YMHFA reminds all of us that recovery from
mental health challenges is not only possible,
it's probable.

Multiple studies indicate that
early interventionpromotes more successful
outcomes.

TSVF is proud that two of our board members
are certified Youth Mental Health First Aid
Instructors!

We are hoping to certify as many
adults as we can in the hopes of helping our
youth manage and attain recovery from
mental health challenges.

TSVF donated 100 free Wellness Kits to educators throughout the United States!

We encourage educators, teachers, administrators, school counselors, psychologists and social workers to be on our email list for free and valuable programs in the future.

These Mastermind Groups led by our Youth Empowerment, Coach Keith Senzer, meet twice a month for a year.

The content is impactful, powerful and relevant to what is going on in teens lives now and offers strategies, tips and honest conversations in a safe and sacred space.

When your teen attends one of our Mastermind Groups, they will be armed with the strategies and knowledge to be the best version of themselves and impact others in a powerful way.
