Goals and dreams have a greater chance of manifesting when they are written down, visualized and planned for. Having goals written out remind individuals what they are working and has shown to motivate and keep people dedicated to their calling. Our goal-setting workshops are designed to help individuals figure out what they really want their lives to look like and what they want to accomplish. We also use practices like building Vision Boards, and sticky-note exercises that help people narrow in on their passion and knock down barriers stopping them.

We offer resume building workshops based off industry best practices and subject matter expert opinions in the recruiting and talent management field. Individuals in-prison and post-prison are provided with one-on-one brainstorming sessions and writing support to produce high-quality resumes that bring out their best to hiring managers. We make sure each program participant has many printed-out hard copies of their resume, and a soft copy, that they can use to fill out job applications.

Our program teaches individuals how to search for jobs, find available resources, the importance of first-impressions, and various job application processes. The goal of this is to minimize the time between being released back to their communities and being hired for a long-term job. For those interested, we offer advanced classes teaching Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft applications to help equip graduates for office careers. We also provide workshops which include customer service expectations, dressing-for-success, how to deal with stress, communication practices and work-place etiquette. The intent is to prepare individuals to be "hire-ready" and succeed immediately upon re-entering their communities. Finally, we set aside days to "pound the pavement" with our graduates who are out looking for job. We literally walk with them, shoulder-to-shoulder, from store-to-store as they introduce themselves, and hand out resumes.

Other times, we use our database of resources and staff to provide customized support for you. We may also offer our other services through this platform like resumes, and mentoring.
