What we aim to solve
There are people who want to develop for Android devices and don't have proper knowledge, environment, mentoring, or tools to do so. We are here to offer a space to mentor, grow and add to the Android community through open-source projects. We are helping people to prolong the life of their current devices when product updates are no longer available.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to mentor and teach those interested in Android development. We have a large global community that is available to answer questions about development almost any time. We offer a team working environment, and tools when able to do so, to help guide someone on the Android development path. We also give them the tools to learn how to monetize their skills along the way. Our main goal is to help reduce electronic waste in our world by prolonging the life of current devices.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We have mentoring and training programs, as well as a team of community support.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have the server space at our disposal to share with those on our team. We have a large network across the globe to help out at any time. We have been working as a team for the last four years, but have a combined knowledge base of about 40 years.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have released up to 10 concurrent releases of our Bliss Operating System, targeted for the thousands of PC's. Android devices, maker boards, and more. We have influenced Android Development in positive ways.
We will continue to influence in positive ways moving forward. We aim to bring our unique experience to as many users as possible.

- We disaggregate data to adjust programming goals to keep pace with changing needs of the communities we support.
- We employ non-traditional ways of gathering feedback on programs and trainings, which may include interviews, roundtables, and external reviews with/by community stakeholders.
- We seek individuals from various race backgrounds for board and executive director/CEO positions within our organization.
- We have community representation at the board level, either on the board itself or through a community advisory board.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
