Majestic Girls Mentorship Program

Majestic Girls Mentorship Program is an 8-month program designed to equip, educate and empower teen girls with the skills to be confident and make healthy choices. Our programs are created to build self-confidence/self-esteem, etiquette, financial literacy, preparation for college, communication skills, healthy relationships, and leadership skills. We hope to cultivate creative environments where girls can evolve physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

Population(s) Served

Majestic Daughters Gatherings are designed to equip, empower, and educate women with the tools necessary for spiritual growth in their relationship with Jesus Christ, and to allow God’s Word to inspire them to love, learn, and lead the present and future generations. We hope to create environments where women feel comfortable in evolving into who God has created them to be.

Our Values
Building Her Empire
Empowering Her Growth
Helping Her Evolve

As a startup organization on a limited budget, we will get the word out using no, of low cost methods. The methods that will be used are word of mouth, social media, professional organizations and community engagement. We will not use paid advertising as a promotion. Strategy, word of mouth will be stimulated by consistently offering high quality services. Social media will be used to share images, video and relevant program content at least 5 days per week. Involvement in professional organizations will connect the organization to other professionals and resources needed to improve and expand its network. Currently, the organization and founder are in the process of securing more professional affiliations for the future success of the organization. Community engagement entails hosting fundraising/awareness events along with vending at other community events. We also plan to develop a relationship with the Dallas Housing Authority to promote to promote the organization further. This mix of promotion strategy is the most effective considering the limited budget. In promoting the organization, we want to project an upscale, polished image of excellence. The organization has invested in the graphic image of a logo, business cards and brochures.

Currently, the most important company strengths and core competencies are the multidimensional model of the program, along with the vision and leadership of the founder. The program model is a strength because many competing organizations provide either just mentoring or just enrichment programming. North Texas Majestic Daughters Empowerment, however, will have a competitive advantage because our program structure encompasses both the mentoring and enrichment programming; the combination providing additional reinforcements for the issues being addressed. Along with the program model, the leaders' vision and leadership is an important determining factor in the success of the organization, as the organization is currently in the start-up phase. Continuous efforts are being made by the leadership to find and build relationships with individuals and resources that will be beneficial to the organization's growth and sustainability.

North Texas Majestic Daughters Empowerment has accomplished being recognized as a 501 (c) 3 tax exempt organization. We have secured a local college location, Paul Quinn College to host our Majestic Girl Mentorship Program – free of charge.
