What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Success House Transition Home (SHTH)

SHTH focuses on the fact that ongoing continuum care is necessary after a client exits from a treatment program. Specifically, SHTH provides trauma-focused, recovery support services by licensed and/or certified professionals such as peer support, in-home individual and group counseling, temporary room and board, childcare w/ early childhood development support, parenting with a focus on strengthening maternal-child bonds, job referrals, and transportation assistance. SHTH provides essential recovery support so that our clients will learn how to access and utilize community resources, gain employment, and strengthen parenting skills with a goal toward living independently in a stable home and providing for their children in a safe and nurturing environment. We also connect the clients with other non-profit organizations and State agencies in the local area that provide critical recovery resources such as GED classes, financial literacy, job training, and child care assistance.
