Home Energy Retrofit (H.E.R.)

This free program provides small repairs and renovations for low-to-moderate income homeowners relating to energy and water systems, including regenerative and energy efficiency retrofits

Population(s) Served

Access to clean, affordable water is a human right. Water can be a force for equity and opportunity. However, water challenges disproportionately affect front-line communities in Alabama. This program improves water resilience and security focus on community participation through training as well as repairs or retrofits residential plumbing & drinking water.
