Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
A partnership of evangelism and social action – to improve lives through programs and solutions to the daily struggle while bringing God’s help, healing and hope to the under-served communities around the Globe. While giving a portion of fish, we intend to teach people how to fish - to facilitate and enable victory in and through Christ our King.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Partnerships and connections with or building of Churches in identified and designated areas of interest (Colombia, Dominican Republic, etc.)
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have founders with a strong history of Missions work and a deep and profound gratitude to the Lord for our blessings, we intend to bring all this to bear to achieve our goals.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
LEAD Foundation continues to support our inaugural project in Cañongo, DR. After constructing the church, in 2020 we focused our efforts on a 3-phased plan of growth. (1) Security, (2) Functionality and (3) Sustainability. To do this, we developed three training programs - a welding program, a sewing program and a music program. We trained a number of men to learn how to weld and during the training we had them weld the doors and windows of the church for SECURITY. Second we invested money in chairs, the Pastor's office equipment and appliances for the kitchen area, making the church FUNCTIONAL. Lastly, we encouraged the congregation to become involved in one of the ministries to help them learn skills and create SUSTAINABILITY, meaning the church members could earn a living and tithe as God Blesses them. In 2021, we will be able to return for a visit in July and we are raising money for a vehicle so the community can expand their reach and EVANGELIZE their local Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
We have continued to donate to missionaries and other construction projects and efforts in numerous countries in need - Guatemala, Colombia and the United States.
