"Our mission is to reduce the number of suicides in the active military, military veteran, first responder and emergency medical communities through education and connection. We envision a future where members of these communities seek and receive user-friendly treatment, without any stigma attached, enabling them to live healthy, productive lives with their families and in their communities."

Notes from the nonprofit

2018 We live in a world where knowledge is increasing exponentially. As a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and former Law Enforcement Officer, I've had my share of emotional trauma. I was diagnosed with PTSD and major depressive disorder in 2017 by the VA. I have found myself working in this space, trying to raise money, and get the training to licensed counselors that will change the world. It changed my world and the world of everyone we've connected with the treatment. It sounds too good to be accurate, and that is a problem we must overcome. We will overcome that by sharing the stories of hope. Our motto is Healing the Hero. The reason we chose it is because it's the American thing to do. I'll see you all on the high ground. 2019-Our mission is evolving as a result of the COVID-19, we have added medical professionals as they are emerging as a different kind of hero, but a hero none the less. They are risking their health and safety. 2023-ASU research study ongoing.

What we aim to solve

We are providing connections with active military, veterans, first responders, and medical professionals and their families to an effective treatment that eliminates negative emotions attached to traumatic memories. The process is a resiliency process called the Tactical Resiliency Process and reduces the symptoms of PTSD. We also raise funds to pay tuition for licensed counselors to help their opt-in for this treatment. Our goal is to take the 22 suicides per day in the veteran community nationally to zero.

Provider Expansion Program

We sponsor training events for Licensed Mental Health Counselors and veterans and first responders in our Tactical Resiliency Process to heal the injury of PTSD. We pay all or part of training tuition for licensed counselors and $100 fee for veterans to cover costs.

Organic growth on FB has netted 980 followers in 8 months of 2018. We grew exponentially in 2019 adding 12,000 followers. As of 2022, there have been new followers. As of 12/28/23, there are 15,000.

To lack relevance by training 10,000 counselors and Peer Coaches nationwide. Each Counselor/Coach can successfully treat and heal 100 clinically diagnosed PTSD cases per year.

We share our story via social media in efforts to connect with those that need help to those that can provide it.

We connect with philanthropic organizations to demonstrate the Tactical Resiliency Process (TRP), so they can see it in action; this brings supporters on board.

We are connecting with the Florida National Guard, to train resiliency work for members, we have trained 14 members, that will have these skills deployed to the Middle East by December of 2020.

We will be training first responder agencies in the U.S. very soon to help first responders to deal with trauma and stress of their jobs.

Through the success stories we share, a story platform has emerged, and we are engaged in a successful social media campaign to spread the word of the successes of treatments.

We have made very strategic partners through Florida and in the U.S. that will allow us to meet our collective goals.

The state of Florida is now funding resiliency coaches within the National Guard and the Air National Guard.

We have connected more than 300 veterans to resources that has led to the elimination of PTSD symptoms.
We have been directly responsible for raising funds that have trained 15 counselors, all reporting a 97 percent success rate at eliminating negative emotions associated with traumatic memories.

Our next objective is education of the first responders within the state of Florida. I have been conducting speaking engagements with Fire Chiefs and Professional Organizations within the state of Florida.
