Just like just about anything worth doing, helping others and organizations meet their potential requires funding. If the individuals and/or organizations cannot fund the actions required, then outside sources of funding is required. 3Strand, Inc. needs to generate a source of sustainable funding to supply salaries, office space, and operational expenses to meet the challenges faced by a hurt population.

3Strand Coaching

Coaching: An athletic coach examines, evaluates, and utilizes the talent of a player or team, and then places them in the best possible position to succeed. A 3Strand coach does the same thing with clients and organizations by recognizing they are the expert of their field, their current position, and their desired destination. A 3Strand coach can understand you: to think how you think, and understand your viewpoint, and places another perspective on top of yours – stretching and growing you to gently see a more empowering way. Coaching is foreseeing, paving the way, coming alongside you while helping you achieve goals and overcome limiting paradigms.

• Possible 3Strand coaching opportunities: 1 on 1 Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, Group Coaching, Relationship & Marriage Coaching, YouthMax Assemblies (talks on bullying & self-esteem)

At this current time the organizations capabilities are limited. With a part-time staff and minimal funding sources, achieving the desired goals is a daunting task.

3Strand, Inc. is in it's infancy and completing the bureaucratic documentation required in forming a nonprofit has been the largest accomplishment. The part-time staff has been able to actually coach and counsel a number of individuals in the community, but only on a Pro-Bono basis.

The next steps are based in networking and funding strategies.
