Watch Us Farm focuses on abilities and successes while providing a safe, secure and nurturing environment for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through acceptance, training, and a positive, can-do attitude. Adults with disabilities will develop and utilize their God-given unique abilities into meaningful job skills while fostering friendships, spiritual growth, and a sense of belonging to a fulfilling, satisfying, and abundant life. These adults will develop a sense of pride that comes from contributing to their own support, while growing socially, emotionally and spiritually. We work with the concept that jobs will be performed "On time, to the highest level, using the tools around us, with a good attitude."
