Mission

To instill the importance of being a great teammate, advocate healthy living and active citizenship to our athletes while promoting equality and sportsmanship. NTALB aims to be a stepping stone to manhood for the young men who may go on to serve their country or community, raise families or play the sport at the highest level.

NTALB is proud to sponsor three (3) American Legion Baseball Teams: a Prep Legion Team (Ages 13-14), a Junior Legion Team (Ages 15-16), and a Senior Legion Team (Ages 17-19).

We want to compete for players against the many for-profit programs that are popping up all over to make money from youth baseball.

Being affiliated with an American Legion post.
Being affiliated with the local school district and township.

Besides running this non-profit, our board members are also affiliated with the county league board of directors and also work closely with the American Legion Baseball program.

We have maintained consistency since inception and are working towards adding teams. The biggest challenge we are facing right now is nothing specific to us or our program, but the pandemic is preventing us from getting out and doing what we do.
