Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Children in need don't have enough safe and loving homes. Sibling groups are often seperated or sent to group homes when the System of Care doesn't have a home for them.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Family Advocate Program
Foster families and other caregivers often feel alone and unsupported, which often leads to them closing their home to children who need their care.
Our Family Advocates are local volunteers who are trained to help caregivers and contact them on a regular basis to make sure they are receiving the support and personal touch they need to continue caring for children in need.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We aim to support and equip caregivers to provide more and better care to children.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We offer practical solutions like a centralized resource hub for caregivers, parent success navigation, and research to identify where the System of Care fails to meet children and caregiver's needs.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our leadership team has business acumen from years of enterprise and nonprofit experience that gives us the unique ability to utilize existing technology and best practices to help children.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
In the first 90 days of our organization, we identified major needs of the Hillsborough System of Care, partnered with local agencies to develop solutions, provided guidance to help caregivers of hundreds of children get more food to feed their families, and created a Parent Success Guidebook which guides parents through the process of how to get reunited with their children.
