Mission

Our mission is to remember, honor, and memorialize fallen Special Operations soldiers through the world of competitive shooting. We want the families to know they are not alone during and after this tragic time. During our competition we share stories and remember who these heroes were and the life they led. Every person who competes walks away with a sense of who each of these men were. All proceeds for our events go directly to the families of the fallen soldiers we are honoring at the event. We will never forget and not let anyone else forget, the ultimate sacrifice these brave men made for this country.

What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

We aim to Honor, Remember and Memorialize fallen Special Operations soldiers and their families through the sport of Competitive Shooting. Our Mission of support for these Gold Star Families will never end. As we continue to grow we will always look at way to not only Honor 10 new Gold Star Families at our Annual Event but also bring all of the Past Gold Star Families we have honored with them. Last Year (2021) we gave Holiday checks of $1,000 to each of the past and present Gold Star Families we have honored since inception (2018) totaling $38,000.

Honorees

Every Year we honor 10 Gold Star families at our annual event Oct 7-9th at the Gryphon Group Solutions Facility in Maxton, North Carolina. At this Event we have 10 stages each honoring the lives of the Special Operations soldier who's life was lost in service to this Country. At each Stage, the loved ones of this Soldier, Friends and Guests write messages remembering them.

Goals & Strategy

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our Phase 1 Goal of giving 10 Gold Star families each $10k checks was achieved in 2020. This was a 10-Year Goal that was achieved in 3 Years.

Part One of Phase 2 was to send $1k Holiday spending checks to past and present honored Gold Star Families. This was also achieved in 2020.

Part Two of Phase 2 Goal for 2021 was to mirror 2020's goals but also be able send 5 Gold Star families to an all expenses paid trip to Disney World. I am pleased to announce that 2021's Goal has been achieved in full.

Our Goal for 2022 is to mirror ALL of the previous Goals and send 5 more Gold Star families to Disney World.

Our strategies are to minimize Operational and Event related expenses, solicit new Donors and Sponsors, network with other Veteran ran organizations and work to give no less than 80c to every $1 back to the Gold Star Families which has been accomplished the past two years (2020 & 2021).

As a Veteran and Special Operations heavy organization we will continue to work within the community we serve and partner with other organizations but also look to venture into new areas to bring in even more support for these Families.

Our long term Goal is to continue to grow to a point where we can buy a new Home, or Car for a Gold Star Family along with carrying our previous Goals with it. We will always continue to support past and present Gold Star Families.
