Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation seeks to provide the solution for homelessness for our clients by offering career training to help subsidize their income to maintain a home. We offer respect and support to help those experiencing homelessness that will lead to empowerment and self sufficiency. We never want to manage homelessness but be the solution to those experiencing homelessness by providing the tools to help provide for their families.

"A PLACE CALLED HOME"

A Place Called Home is our main program to provide the solution to those experiencing homelessness. A Continuum of Care (CoC) approach will help provide security for balance of housing, emergency situations and transitional to permanent housing for families. This program is transformational.

There's an optimal level of independence that our program must help those experiencing homeless obtain, Therefore, Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation, Inc. focuses on assisting participants obtain that level. Upon successful completion of our programs will mean independence through education and employment which will lead to stability.

Our clients are assisted, encouraged and supported as they reach their maximum potential with dignity and respect/

Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation, Inc. strategy is to service and support at least 100 clients with housing and job training to improve their homeless status.

Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation, Inc. has experience in providing homeless services, along with collecting data to both report outcomes to current supporters as well as to use the data for internal analysis for continuous program improvement.

We measure client progress towards self-sufficiency against base line assessments done at the time of program entry and generates cumulative reports reflective of aggregate client success and program outcomes on a monthly basis. Each program reports not less than annually to all relevant supporting sources and oversight agencies.

Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation are training Case Managers to help provide the best services for each individual client. Our case load for for housing provision is constantly climbing and improving the lives of those experiencing homelessness.

In October 2019, Mother Dozier's Homeless Foundation's next goal is to provide stable housing as a re-entry program for those released from prison.
