What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

4G3 is a 501c3 nonprofit organization on mission to embolden displaced and persecuted Christians in the Middle East to stand firm in their faith. We minister to those who have chosen to remain in their countries despite serious persecutions. Not only do we help those that chose to stay behind and make a difference, but we also work with refugees forced to flee their homes due to war and serious persecutions against their belief. There is a dire need for practical Christian discipleship material for displaced and persecuted Christians around the globe. We offer a proven 10-course, 70-hour discipleship program over 15 months. 4G3 Discipleship Institutes help Christians from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and denominations develop the character and skills to walk with God and change the world around them.

What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

4G3 Discipleship Institute

We offer a 10-course, 70-hour discipleship program over a period of 15 months. 4G3 Discipleship Institutes help Christians from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and denominations develop the character and skills to walk with God and change the world around them. We train and equip believers to build holy habits, change their victim mentality to a victor mentality, learn to bloom where they are planted causing a ripple effect in refugee communities.

4G3 collaborates with churches and ministries through translation, resources, curriculum, and partnerships to offer 4G3 Discipleship Institutes. We see leaders emerge, the Gospel proclaimed, lives transformed, and churches and communities revitalized. Each graduate is estimated to reach an average 100 other displaced or persecuted Christians, creating a ripple effect of multiplying disciples.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Since 2018, Discipleship Institutes have taken place in Syria, Iraq, Turkey, North Sudan, South Sudan, Jordan, Lebanon and Egypt (48 Discipleship Institutes with 1,440 graduates). Each participant is expected to reach at least 100 others before they graduate and as a prerequisite for graduation. This means that the graduates have reached at least 144,000. At any given time, there are 12 Discipleship Institutes in progress. At the same time, 4G3 has trained over one million people from 22 countries with individual biblical courses over the course of 23 years.

4G3 is wanting to expand the successful 4G3 discipleship model to train 10 leaders of churches and ministries in seven new countries to start their own Discipleship Institutes using the 4G3 model, causing a ripple effect in their churches, society, and nations. The seven countries are Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Ukraine, and Pakistan.
