What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

Since the Center for Nonprofit Resources in Dayton, Ohio suspended operations 20 years ago, while there have been training opportunities available in our area, few of them have been affordable enough to be within the reach of nonprofit budgets that did not require travel to access them. Through feedback provided in community surveys as part of our strategic planning process in 2022, local nonprofit leaders continue to report the need for greater training opportunities and additional services to help them build capacity and provide direction on where to turn for support. MVNC is being asked, now more than ever, to provide training and support that help nonprofits better serve the our community AND to help them continue as viable, healthy organizations.
