Our goal is to inform voters across the state about important issues relevant to faith-based communities in North Carolina. We also plan to equip our supporters with the tools they need to be a force for good in the governmental and political arena.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
NC Faith & Freedom Coalition is a non-partisan, non-profit grassroots organization that seeks to equip values-minded believers with reliable information about the most important issues in government, political and political arena so they can be educated, effective citizens.
We hold small and large events across the state to provide citizens with the opportunity to engage with their elected officials so the voter can learn about the positions, principles and values the elected official uses to guide their decision making. During elections we present data-driven voter guides to share the positions of candidates to help educate the values-minded voter. We use our annual conference, home visits, social media, texting and mail to equip citizens and encourage them to vote.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We believe parents should be empowered to make the best choice for their child's education. Parents should have a voice in the curriculum and resources used by teachers and are the best individuals to hold their school boards accountable. Parents must always have a choice between public schools, charter schools, private schools, technical trade schools or home schools or other nontraditional schools. In North Carolina there is not a “one size fits all” model to meet all the unique needs of our state's children. Families should have the freedom to choose the best education to meet those needs, regardless of race, zip code or income and the funding allocated by the state and federal government should follow the child. Government should not limit these options.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Whether they’re in Washington, DC, Raleigh, or your local city hall, elected officials need to hear our collective voices clearly. And we need to empower faithful Christians with the facts necessary to understand which public policies reflect our values, and which ones undermine them.
To that end, North Carolina Faith & Freedom Coalition works to:
(1) Inform voters about critical issues relevant to faith-based communities in North Carolina,
(2) Equip our supporters and activists with the tools they need to be a force for good in the governmental and political arena.
(3) Educate the public, policy makers, and candidates for office about our key issues.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
School choice was prominently displayed on our state voter guides in 2020. We visited 330,000 homes, 2,200 churches and reached 1.865,136 values-minded evangelical voters a total of 4.7 million times in the summer and fall of 2020.
In 2022, our goal is to visit 400,000 homes and 2,500 churches with our voter guide.
