We proudly serve Veterans, Disconnected Youth, Justice Impacted Individuals, Transitioning Professionals, and anyone frustrated with the limitations of the current workforce climate. We support Fair Chance Hiring initiatives, as well as help leverage dead-end-job placement by highlighting our clients' transferable skills to transition into a new industry, launch a startup, or jumpstart their own Not-for-Profit.

We provide One-on-One & Group Career Coaching on the following topics:
-Resume/Custom Cover Letter Creation
-Interview Preparation/Mock Interviews
-Elevator Speech Development
-LinkedIn Profile Development
-Letter of Explanation (Justice Impacted Individuals)

We are also dedicated to providing the following additional support to for Disconnected Youth:
-Organizational Tools
-Financial Literacy Guidance
-Soft Skills Coaching
-Exposure to Careers in Trade
-Access to Experience-based Mentorship
