Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

To provide help or resources to a target audience with a specific need and serve a public purpose such as enriching the lives of people in the community. Partnership Objectives
Partnerships are vital aspects of nonprofit management, with organizations using in-kind donations of much-needed products and services.

To Set Priorities And Direction.
So Everyone Is On The Same Page.
To Simplify And Clarify Our Decision Making.
To Drive Alignment In Our Nonprofit. Plan, Pattern, Position, Perspective and Ploy

Ability to manage resources effectively & determining the resources and capabilities needed to deliver value. Analyze the work as it relates to our strategy. Strategy and capabilities are inexorably linked. If your resources and capabilities are not aligned with your strategy, your strategic planning efforts will amount to little more than wishful thinking, rather than achievable plans that lead to the successful evolution of your company.

When we started Pay It Forward Fort Smith my mother and I were distributing food to 100's of family's once a week from my porch. Eventually I was able to raise the money for a large tent that was placed next to my home. I worked for months with family's that were in need of a nice meal. Now just a little under a year later we are sharing a space with another wonderful nonprofit and a few wonderful other agency's.
