Voluntaryism in Action Inc
Focusing on voluntary and free market solutions.
Programs and results
What we aim to solve
Government social programs are funded through force and coercion and present one-size-fits-nobody solutions bogged down by bureaucracy. Voluntaryism in Action's goal is to show that voluntary, free market-based solutions are both logistically and morally superior to this model.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Urgent Needs
Unfortunately many individuals, families, and communities are not financially prepared for the unexpected. Life is full of its surprises, and regrettably these surprises can be devastating. We dedicate our resources to the general needs that will be directed towards the various issues that affects those who have exhausted all resources in addressing the occurrence such as disaster relief, medical expenses, funeral expenses, assistance for single parents, and much more.
Community Development
At VIA, we not only want to help people when they’re in need—we want to make sure that going forward they have the means and skills to be self-sufficient. This campaign is about lifting those with some of the most dire human needs—for food and shelter—and making sure they have the resources to keep themselves fed and sheltered.
Through giving personal assistance and resources to the homeless, creating community gardens and so forth, we believe we can establish a foundation to strengthen communities by lifting individuals.
Education Initiatives
The public school system is failing our children. The value of a good education is immeasurable, and we at VIA would like to help students and educators receive the support and tools they need to succeed. Whether it be for public or private school, homeschool, or college, this campaign focuses on removing financial obstacles for the rising generation of students and their devoted educators. This project will raise funds for supplies for low income students, classrooms, homeschool families, mini-grants for low-income college students, and more.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
VIA seeks to be an ideal venue for voluntaryists to live their values, non-voluntaryists to learn about voluntaryism, and to show by example that force isn't necessary for people to help one another. Where people usually turn to the government for assistance with humanitarian aid, urgent needs, disaster relief, community development, and education initiatives, we want to assist them and empower them to rally their own communities for these needs.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Through outreach, education, partnerships, and local events, VIA will grow its influence to enable us to reach more people across the globe who need our help or want the tools to help others.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Our organization has already demonstrated great capabilities in rallying our social media followers to voluntarily donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to our causes. A host of individuals have signed up on our website to donate skills to our team or to volunteer in their local communities. Our philosophy is appealing to people from all walks of life and is ideal in drawing together all sorts of individuals, excluding no one. Our team has shown growth and adaptability through all of our endeavors, and will continue to ford any future challenges.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
VIA has grown tremendously since its founding. Our team never stops looking for ways to improve our approach and add value to the assistance we offer. We don't want to just give people a handout--we want to offer a hand up, so that people are empowered to help themselves and others. For every major global crisis since VIA's inception, we have been here doing our part to help. When the cause demands expertise we don't have, we partner with other non-profits to better address the need at hand. We continue to move forward with optimism that our philosophy can change individuals and the world!
