Food Sovereignty Initiative

We operate a community garden that also serves as a teaching garden for our internship program and farmer/rancher fellowship. We operate a farmers market as well as a mobile market for the rural communities of the Rosebud Reservation. Additionally, we offer online cooking and food education classes, as well a Lakota Foodways program that shares Indigenous ancestral knowledge with youth and community members.
