How landscapes are maintained has a direct influence on people, pets, pollinators and the planet. Organic land care has numerous benefits: ● Eliminates exposure to toxic materials ● Fits into climate action plans ● Prevents nutrient pollution that creates algae blooms & harms water quality ● Avoids potential liability and lawsuits over toxic product usage. ● Protects pollinators, song birds and other wildlife ● Reduces the need for irrigation and assists in managing storm water run off ● Sets a positive example for landowners in the community to follow ● Provides respite to those who may be disproportionately affected by environmental exposures ● Saves money over the long term due to a reduced need for irrigation, fertilizer, and other inputs

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Our goal is to bring organic land care practices to more cities, towns, schools and homeowner's associations across the country.

We provide education, support, resources and solutions to advocates, landscapers, decision makers and homeowners to switch to organic land care methods and we partner with trained professionals and experts in organic land care.

Our Board is trained and experienced in advocating for organic policies, our advisors support these efforts with their expertise.

Making an Impact in more than 40 States and over 150 Cities

As of 2023, Non Toxic Communities has...

Provided support to residents in 44 different U.S. states, as well as Puerto Rico, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Spain

Shared resources directly with residents in well over 150 municipalities and HOAs

Facilitated the accreditation training in organic land care of numerous advocates, municipal staff and professionals through providing group discounts, and full or partial scholarships

We plan to continue and grow our efforts by bringing organic pilot programs to more cities.
