What we aim to solve
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Youth Career Development
Goodwill addresses deep deficits in graduation rates by providing education, career development, and mentor programs to at-risk youth. Goodwill’s Youth Career Development Program helps young people focus on their future career aspirations in order to ensure success. Goodwill youth specialists are licensed teachers, working in more than 35 high-poverty schools across six districts to provide direction and support to nearly 18,000 students.
Adult Career Development
Goodwill Industries of Denver provides help, training, and resources for struggling adults looking for a meaningful and lasting career. These FREE services are available to anyone 16 and older through Career Connection Centers across the region.
Community Employment
As an accredited agency, Goodwill programs provide services and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, so they may exercise their right to participate in the life of the community. Regardless of ability, Goodwill believes that everyone deserves the right to live, learn, play, and work in the community with dignity, choices, opportunities, and responsibilities.
