THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THE FOLLOWING "CORE" VALUES: CLEAN AIR, STABLE CLIMATE, A STRONG ECONOMY, HEALTHY COMMUNITIES, AND SUSTAINABLE ENERGY. CORE provides rebates for energy efficiency projects that follow our Path to Zero. The Path to Zero is the most effective order you should do your energy upgrades, taking the guess work out of which project you should tackle next.
