An Awakening (Level 1) Training

An Awakening (Level 1) Training is the first level of a multi-step leadership program process: An Awakening (Level 1), The Experience (Level 2), and The Quest (Level 3). An Awakening (Level 1) Training is a four-day immersive experience. It is a caring, inspirational, and educational environment for discovery in the most crucial aspects of your life. You will discover what stops you in life. You will realize new ways to be more effective; have the opportunity to acquire generosity and fulfillment in both your personal relationships and your career, while experiencing new levels of self-confidence, vitality, joy, and satisfaction. You will see the degree to which your current thinking and behavior is (or is not) consistent with your highest aspirations and your vision for life. You will discover new possibilities for yourself that are not determined by your past, but rather, generated by your commitment to your future. You will leave this life-altering experience with the tools for immediately creating more of what truly matters to You.

Graduates of An Awakening (Level 1) Training are eligible to participate in The Experience (Level 2) Training. While An Awakening (Level 1) Training is designed to identify our limiting beliefs and the barriers we put up, The Experience Training is designed to bring them all down. Stubborn behavior patterns that hold us back are deeply ingrained in our Being from years of practice and powerfully supported by our interpretations of past experiences. It requires an equally powerful and interruptive environment in order for breakthrough to occur. The Experience Training is a context of interruption, intensity, breakthrough, release, forgiveness, power, vision, responsibility, and transformation!

Graduates of The Experience (Level 2) Training are eligible to participate in The Quest (Level 3) Training. In An Awakening (Level 1) and The Experience (Level 2) Trainings, you will be given powerful tools and develop new perspectives that can dramatically shift the results in your life if they are applied consistently and effectively. The Quest will provide a support system to keep the breakthroughs happening in you, such that they are ingrained and become a permanent way of being. During The Quest you will also craft your own Letter of Achievements (LoA) that will support you in keeping yourself accountable to the goals you set out for yourself based on your vision in all areas of your life. Perhaps one of the most significant Team components of The Quest Training journey will be your Team’s Community Service Project. The Quest Training is an approximate 3-month program, featuring four immersive weekend trainings that include a ropes Team building experience (participation optional), a Special Event Guest Star Mastery weekend, weekly coaching calls and your tuition fees include a getaway 2-night weekend retreat for your final training weekend that you most definitely will not forget!

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?

Our vision is that everyone gets the opportunity to experience the training programs we offer and take home the tools necessary in order to become aware and breakthrough whatever beliefs may be limiting each participants ultimate version of success in their own life. Our mission is to be one of the best transformational training organizations on the Planet, focusing on your results based unique vision for personal success!

We offer a multi-step transformational personal development program delivered over a 4 month period of time which involves having each participant become aware of the blind spots of how they live life and what truly stops them from achieving ultimate success in whatever it is in life that they choose to be up to. This is accomplished through a myriad of lectures, experiential exercises, one on one dyads with other participants, exercises within small group settings and one on one performance coaching.

We offer "The Complete Journey" of Trainings which encompass all 3 Levels of our main curriculum program: An Awakening (Level 1), The Experience (Level 2), and The Quest (Level 3). An Awakening (Level 1) Training is a four-day immersive experience. It is a caring, inspirational, and educational environment for discovery in the most crucial aspects of your life. Participants discover what stops them in life. They will realize new ways to be more effective; have the opportunity to acquire generosity and fulfillment in both their personal relationships and their career, while experiencing new levels of self-confidence, vitality, joy, and satisfaction. Our progress is measured by the size and success of our results within each community that a center is present within. Our goal is our participants success!

We've had our very first successful Level 1 - An Awakening training. There were 50 participants registered, 28 participants who showed to the training and 18 participants that graduated the training. Feedback from the community of Detroit has been overwhelmingly positive and the community looks forward to these trainings being consistently provided in order that a positive shift in consciousness and way of Being will occur for the immediate metropolitan area.
