What we aim to solve

SOURCE: Self-reported by organization

The primary problem Lifewell Ministries, Inc addresses involves the pure lack of faith-based Counseling services for adults and couples within the community in which we serve. At Lifewell Ministries our goal is to never turn another away from receiving the services we offer, regardless of their ability to pay for those services. While secular counseling is available in the community, very few options exist for faith-based counseling, specifically Christ-centered Discipleship Counseling which looks to address the deeper issues surrounding the client’s immediate circumstances and ultimately leads to true inner healing. This model is in opposition to mainstream solutions that look to provide more coping strategies or mechanisms for behavior modification.

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

Provide affordable and effective counseling services to those in need

We provide Discipleship Counseling to help individuals work through past, present, and future difficult life situations. We assist our clients by teaching them to understand who they are in Christ and how to live from His strength, instead of their own. We find our process makes a significant impact, allowing our clients to heal from past situations, while preparing them to approach future life events from a new perspective.

Our business model focuses on expanding the capabilities and training of staff, increasing our donor base and flexibility and accessibility of office hours.

In our first year, Lifewell Ministries has written and approved internal policies and procedures for financial and budget reporting, ministry bylaws and counseling reporting and record retention.
