What we aim to solve
The primary problem Lifewell Ministries, Inc addresses involves the pure lack of faith-based Counseling services for adults and couples within the community in which we serve. At Lifewell Ministries our goal is to never turn another away from receiving the services we offer, regardless of their ability to pay for those services. While secular counseling is available in the community, very few options exist for faith-based counseling, specifically Christ-centered Discipleship Counseling which looks to address the deeper issues surrounding the client’s immediate circumstances and ultimately leads to true inner healing. This model is in opposition to mainstream solutions that look to provide more coping strategies or mechanisms for behavior modification.

- We ask team members to identify racial disparities in their programs and / or portfolios.
- We engage everyone, from the board to staff levels of the organization, in race equity work and ensure that individuals understand their roles in creating culture such that one’s race identity has no influence on how they fare within the organization.
