Number of Beneficiaries Served and Program Attendance The number of beneficiaries served is exactly what it says it is – the number of targeted beneficiaries VHF served through its programs and activities over a specific period of time. Beneficiary Satisfaction Rate It’s all about asking our beneficiaries: “How do they feel? How satisfied are they with our programs?” We will distribute questionnaires (in person or online) at the end of every program or send out an email to everyone who completed one of your programs in the past. Percent of Performance Goals Met percentage of programs started and completed. percentage of programs found unattainable? Program Efficiency Measure this KPI by comparing the program expenses against total expenses. This will help us identify how efficient your nonprofit is in fulfilling our mission. This indicator is also helpful because VHF can then tell its donors how much we are spending on the mission rather than administrative costs.
