What we aim to solve
Vision Help Foundation aims to address public health and education in the world starting in Haiti. Vision Help Foundation has been organized to provide educational programs for the general public. More specifically, the organization will provide educational programs on public health to individuals throughout Haiti, focusing on topics such as, but not limited to, HIV prevention, sanitation, and feminine hygiene. Vision Help Foundation has also been organized to provide charitable distributions and benevolent assistance to those in need around the world, beginning in Haiti. More specifically, the organization will provide charitable distributions to qualifying nonprofit organizations and similar exempt programs as well as providing benevolent assistance through distributions and tuition assistance to adults and youths in need.

Public Health Awareness
VHF seeks to conduct yearly campaigns on diverse important Public Health subject to better promoting public health awareness. The following are some examples that VHF is currently promoting.
Cancer Awareness Campaigns
Our campaigns provide crucial information on Ovarian Cancer, Breast Cancer,and Prostate Cancer
Diabetes Awareness Campaigns
Our campaigns provide crucial information on pre-diabetes, type 2 diabetes prevention,
HIV/AIDS Awareness Campaigns
Our campaigns provide crucial information on HIV Prevention,HIV Treatment,HIV Impact
VHF Campaign messaging reaches key audiences through their preferred communication channels, Regional Conventions including social media and other digital platforms, print, radio, and broadcast TV.

What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
By providing this charitable and benevolent assistance, VHF will help to improve the quality of life for individuals and families around the world.
By providing these health education programs, VHF's goals is improve the quality of life for individuals throughout Haiti.
By providing these educational programs, VHF will work to improve Public Health Awareness, and give more child access to education in the most underserved communities around the world .

By providing these educational programs, VHF will work to reduce the transmission and prevalence of HIV while also providing individuals with the knowledge of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The organization will provide its charitable and benevolent distributions to qualifying nonprofit organizations, as well as to individuals in need, throughout the year. Distributions will be made as often as needs are identified and assessed and as funding is available.
The organization will provide distributions to organizations whose programs address such issues as hunger and malnutrition, as well as assisting the elderly, in their communities though it will provide assistance to
additional qualifying organizations and programs as they are identified and selected.
The organization will also provide benevolent assistance to individuals and families
in need throughout Haiti. This will be provided through distributions of food, clothing,
and basic necessities as well as through tuition assistance, beginning with students
in elementary school. The board of directors shall coordinate with any other agencies
that may provide specific requested needs to eliminate duplication of assistance and
replication of services. The organization will assist as many families as may be
possible, depending upon availability of acquired funds.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
The organization will coordinate with local schools, community centers, and other public locations to present its programs throughout the year. A variety of topics will be covered such as, but not limited to, basic health, sanitation, and feminine hygiene, though VHF will focus on the topic of HIV prevention.
VHF will conduct various fundraising events as can be developed by the board of directors in
order to help cover the operating costs of the organization.
The board of directors will oversee the general implementation of this activity, and it may hire staff as may be necessary to
successfully implement the programs and plans. The board of directors has elected to hire Jocelyn Jean Philippe (currently serving as Treasurer/Director of the board) as an overseas employee of the organization to accomplish the day-to-day
management and job duties as provided in the attached job description. The board of directors has set a salary for this position in compliance with the conflict of interest policy, with the employed board member not participating in that vote to hire and set compensation.
