What we aim to solve
There are approximately 133,000 residents in Grayson County with 19,000 men, women and children living at or below the poverty level? The issue is that while Grayson County has many organizations that provide support services & programs to those in need, many of these organizations and services are not well connected, and the general public is not aware of the resources available to them. Heart of a Matter Ministries’ mission is to “bring meaningful change to humanity”.
Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
The Community Resource
Develop and maintain a unique community resource database, that allows other ministries and public services to connect, work together and support one another, making the circle of support for those needing assistance much stronger and more efficient. Our first major initiative is to get an online database of all available organizations, programs, and services available in the Texoma area up and running. The goal of this website is that someone can go there to find all available assistance in the area they need help in, whether that is food assistance, counseling, or even medical and dental assistance.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Uniting and activating the body of Christ by building outreach teams that are passionate about being the hands and feet of Jesus in Grayson County. Walking out God's design for His Kingdom, where His children are shown the Love of Jesus through the actions of humanity.
We are building strong collaborative relationships between area agencies and organizations to better serve those in need.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
WE WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS BY
Working as advocates and mentors, connecting those in need in our community to the support, services, and programs they need to meet their immediate and long-term needs.
Providing our own support services & programs to those seeking change in their life. Currently all our programs are operating and developing. 2022 will be a year of growing these programs to all the Lord desires them to become.

Developing and maintaining a unique community resource database website, that allows other ministries and public services to give information on their services and programs, connect and work together and support each other; making the circle of support for those needing assistance much stronger and more efficient.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
A team of His children have been uniquely assembled, all who hold specific gifts, knowledge and wisdom. We've have a big vision that only God himself can see through to completion.
Several of our programs will continue generating income for sustainability.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have partnered with many local ministries to support and provide resources to make a bigger impact within our community. We have assembled teams of servants who desire to operate from abundance. Making an impact daily by doing HIS work. From caring for the elderly, to serving in local soup kitchens, we have activated an army of men, women and children who operate with a Kingdom mentality.
We have begun to have other local churches come alongside us, joining in our efforts and demonstrate what God's plan for "Church" really means.
Our organization is in need of a facility large enough to house our programs, services, outside resources and the administration needed to operate. The vision to have these things centrally located, making for more efficient and timely support will allow the organization to operate in HIS design.
Our Creator's Studio is hosting several sessions weekly to bring in community members for healing art and spiritual growth.
Our Hope & Restoration program has begun offering recovery classes weekly.
Our Options Youth program is now partnering with local youth organizations to identify unmet needs and address ways to build bridges for our aging out youth population.
Our mission teams have begun weekly service missions throughout our community.
