Mission

We are the resource and motivation to living well with a neurodegenerative disease. We believe that when you fuel your mind, body and soul with creativity, exercise and healthy nutrition, you can maintain your fluidity and feel your best. The organization's mission is to offer various programs including chorus, dance, yoga, functional training and movement, nutritional counseling, support services, resources, as well as fun and educational events.

Dance for Fluidity M3F

Dance for Fluidity M3F is designed to promote a creative, mind-body connection that can help delay the progression of Parkinson’s and other neurodegenerative diseases with music, dance, camaraderie and fun.

This live in-person class can help just about anyone with balance or movement issues. It will also improve your mobility, flexibility and cognition. Let the music and dance movements flow through your body.

This program is recurs weekly. It is for people living with a neurodegenerative disease (such as Parkinson's, dementia, Alzheimer's, etc.) and their families and caregivers.​ Singing in a group can help enhance memory, boost voice volume, improve tone, refine diction, and strengthen breath control.
