Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Reduce to number of GSD's euthanized by finding them loving Furever homes.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
We are currently very active at informing shelters we are asset that can help them. We are currently networking through social media to increase the number of active foster homes and collect resources in order to vet, rehab, and place these dogs. In addition we do public ambassador events in which we help educate the public about the breed.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Last year we took in 61 dogs and had 51 adopted while only operating 9/12 months. This year we are looking to have 75 adoptions with potentially 100 dogs saved.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
51 dogs adopted with 61 saved last year for our first year only operating 9/12 months. We are now that we are more established we will just continue with the same momentum and should progress nicely.
