Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
1. YDI will take a leadership role in reviewing and strengthening its existing direct supports and services over time to ensure that they meet quality assurance standards for working effectively with children, youth, families and adults.
2. YDI will take a leadership role in continuous assessment of internal and external customer needs to identify gaps or needed shifts in direct supports and services. This ongoing assessment will serve as the basis for following through on the strategic plan and planning for future growth.
3. YDI will take a leadership role in working with a wide range of community constituents to identify and meet the needs of children, youth, families and adults through ongoing partnerships, collaborations, and joint advocacy efforts.
4. YDI will take a leadership role in exploring the feasibility of expanding the organization’s visibility in the community and making greater use of community resources.
5. YDI will take a leadership role in building its discretionary financial resources to invest in providing quality services. This includes building an endowment, increasing private donations, marketing organizational assets and intellectual property.
6. YDI will take a leadership role in advocating at all levels of government, and with the private sector and the public at large for programs and services designed to help children, youth, and families achieve their full potential.
