Mission

CES is a vital and integral part of the public educational system of New Mexico. The primary purpose of CES is to assist members to better meet the educational needs of their students. To accomplish this end, CES shall cooperatively plan with member administrators resulting in the identification of needs, priorities and resources to assist members. CES shall initiate action at member request to implement programs based upon the results of cooperative planning.
