What we aim to solve
YES Housing, Inc. attempts to address the problem of too little quality low-income rental housing throughout New Mexico. Each year, YES looks for areas in which an infill new construction low-income rental development could be built or if any existing developments exists that could be rehabilitated into a low-income rental community of quality.

LIHTC Multifamily & Elderly Apartments
Provide affordable housing through the Acquisition and Rehab or New Construction of apartments utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits
Mixed-Use
Develop and build out mixed-use communities that contain multiple levels of affordable housing and market rate apartments as well as commercial areas.
