Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Our goal is to annually fly a plane-load of Veterans to Washington, DC for a day of honor and remembrance.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
HFCFA raises funds from the community to fund a trip to Washington, DC for Veterans of WWII, and the Korean and Vietnam War eras. We also educate the community of the role played by our Veterans by engaging community groups and individuals in supporting our mission.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have successfully raised the funds to take 75 Veterans, 75 Guardians (escorts for each Veteran), a medical team, and a small admin team to DC each spring.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Our 2022 Flight was a tremendous success and we quickly met our goal and filled our plane for the April 2023 Flight.
