What we aim to solve
Lacking community and church leaders. The everyday schedule keeps everyone busy that there is not enough time spent for preparation in studying the word of God. The church members have become status quo by not actively participating in developing leaders. Often the leaders have also become too busy to attend to church programs to develop members or provide discipleship programs to young leaders.

Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
As stated in our mission statement, the primary focus of this ministry organization is to identify leaders in pockets of growing Pacific Island communities. As a vehicle of spreading the Gospel, our objective is to develop these young leaders to be pastors and great leaders by equipping them with necessary tools that they can successfully reach out to unchurched communities of Pacific Islanders. The Gospel is for all; therefore, the mission is not restricted to just Pacific Islanders but a starting point.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
The vision for the next two years is to install offices where there is a high concentration of Pacific Islanders. The primary purpose for the office space is to provide a neutral space for learning and gathering information. In identifying and building up leaders will increase the sense of awareness as the new leaders will be empowered with reliable information for self-development and can pass it on to their communities.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a successful and proven live streaming program, a reliable support network, and knowledgeable staff members who are willing to go the distance to safe one soul.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have obtained the 501(c)(3) designation, are in the process of opening the first office in Kent, Washington, increased live-streaming viewership by 1000%, and have received positive feedback from viewers.
