What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Tay's Kids After School Program

The Atatiana Project after school program consists of academic and enrichment components that include project-based learning opportunities which focus on the following areas: Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts or Math (STEAM), while also incorporating financial literacy into the technology driven activities. The Atatiana Project after school program is structured to promote a strong partnership with the community and other like-minded organizations as well to strengthen families and promote parental literacy. The Atatiana Project after school program will partner with other organizations to incorporate The Atatiana Project STEAM Curriculum. This curriculum recognizes that while most children have difficulty maintaining interest throughout the school day and are not engaged after school, there needs to be an appealing curriculum that will promote interest and engagement in STEAM studies. The Atatiana Project has developed a program that engages youth in STEAM activities exercised in a contemporary digital learning style. The Atatiana Project has constructed a Curriculum Committee to design activities to expose the participant to alternate views in STEAM.
