Housing Construction Training

Individuals learn vocational skills in genral residential construction /rehab, electrical, hvac, and plumbing.

After individuals successfully complete the housing construction program, they are trained in renewable energy and its technology relating to wind, solar and hydro generated power.

After successful completion of the housing construction and renewable energy programs, individuals are trained in organic agriculture where they will learn about regulations, technology and all other avenues in order to operate a successful micro farm in rural, urban and suburban regions.

Upon successful completion of the Housing Construction, Renewable Energy and Organic agriculture, individuals will be taught business development skills relating to these three fields. Once completed they are provided with the opportunity to manage and operate different chapters throughout the midwest or other locations within the United states or use what they have learned to pursue employment elsewhere.

The goal of Oldowan Ranch Inc. is simple.

To reduce poverty and homelessness by providing education and training to the disadvantaged and disabled.

Oldowan is made up of three programs.

Program 1 Provide opportunities to our target demographic that will equip them with skills in construction and renewable energy and agriculture.

Program 2 Use housing as transitional and assisted living.

Program 3 Provide a summer camp for children of families of children who are disabled.

In short, Oldowan Ranch Inc. is about helping people, help people.

Will you help?

This is Program one.


Step 1 - Contact philanthropy groups to help with seed funding. Because without this no lives will be changed.

Step 2 Establish a formal web presence via, professional website and social media.

Step 4 - To reduce the need for grants and donations an ecommerce store will be created similiar to the goodwill model.

Step 5 - Aquire real estate to establish a main office in Saint Louis, MO

Step 6 host first fundraising event.

Step 7 Either Purchase or have real estate that is distressed and abandoned.

Step 8 Hire qualified staff that are certified to teach trade school coursework.

Step 9 Teach those we serve, skills in construction and renewable energy by fixing up and retrofitting the properties to promote green energy and self sustainability.

Step 10 - Use the properties to begin providing transitional housing for our target demographic where they will live while they learn new skills.

Step 11. Start seeing the change happen.

Once all steps have been met, Phase 2 will be added.
