Mission

ChiArts Foundation was established in January 2021 to support arts education opportunities for, and inspire and nurture current, future, and former students of The Chicago High School for the Arts. The foundations key objectives are to provide annual support for the High Schools Arts Conservatories; create a fund to ensure the sustainability of the Arts Conservatories; raise the Schools profile and support outreach through partnerships and marketing and public relations activities; and increase engagement and build community. ChiArts Foundation supports current students and alumni in their future paths through professional development, post-secondary planning, and partnerships with various arts organizations.

ChiArts Arts Conservatory Programming

ChiArts Foundation supports arts education opportunities and develops community partnerships that inspire and nurture current, future, and former students of The Chicago High School for the Arts (ChiArts). Private funds raised by the Foundation’s volunteer board help ChiArts’ students thrive as creators, thinkers, and community members, and their participation in the arts and culture will deeply enrich their lives and society-at-large.
