We work to build civic power in communities of color through Civic Engagement activities and career development services.

Civic Power is power that resides with the people! In a democracy, the power resides with the people. Civic power is having the ability to influence the outcome of elections.

Building Civic Power is getting people to believe in the power they have. We're not trying to get people to believe in a system. We want people to believe in the power we already possess to change the system.

Our goal is to increase voter turnout in communities of color in every election and help individuals & families reach their goals in work and in school.
